Group Disability Income Insurance
Newly introduced, this supplementary insurance covers your employees against loss of income as a result of accident or illness that leads to the total inability to perform his or her own occupation, or similar. It is usually attached to a Group Term Life programme.
Group Hospital and Surgical Benefits
This programme reimburses the expenses incurred by an employee, as a consequence of hospitalisation arising out of illness or accident for which the employer may be obliged to pay. Through this programme, employers can protect against expensive and rising hospital bills. At the same time, your employees are provided with superior healthcare protection. Various levels of benefit will correspond with current hospital charges.
Group Outpatient Clinical Insurance
This supplementary programme, usually attached to Group Hospital & Surgical Benefits, covers an employee for unlimited outpatient clinical treatment (GP and/or Specialist) for a fixed premium per annum. It provides certainty and a cap on outpatient medical costs for the company.
Group Dental Insurance
This supplementary programme, usually attached to Group Hospital & Surgical Benefits, covers an employee for dental treatment ranging from regular check-up, scaling, filling, extraction, etc. Similar to Group Outpatient Clinical Insurance, it ensures a cap on the dental expenses of the company.
Group Personal Accident
This 24-hour, worldwide coverage programme covers an employee against death or total and permanent disability, and or dismemberment arising out of an accident.

With the rise of incidences of major illness, it is only prudent to look at such insurance coverage to protect your employees against the high cost of treating such common, modern-day ailments.
Cafeteria Plans

SERB Plans - Selective Employee “R” Bonus
The “R” in this programme may refer to “retirement”, “reward”, “recruitment”, or “retention”, depending on the needs of the employer. This plan can be so designed to cater to the retirement needs of the employee, or it can be used as a retention tool to bind the employee for a specific period of time. Alternatively, this flexible plan can be designed to reward the employee based upon performance levels, or to provide an added incentive for recruiting that special employee.
